Treadmill again at a 1% incline, took about 35 minutes. Foot still hurts when running....hmmmmm......I can't figure out what's wrong with it.

This was on the treadmill....all I have to say is that it'll be a rough winter running on the treadmill again. Nothing compares to running outside with nature....I will miss you during the weekdays.......during the weekends I will try my hardest to spend time with you.
